A chilled sky bar with fantastic views of Phnom Penh during the night time. Awesome cocktails, we experienced two household signatures along with the whisky sour, all of which pleased. There was a fairly easy listening Filipino band participating in, plus the band was accepting of tune requests. Great for an night to wind down, with great breeze.Le
